UI/UX design for products people can actually operate

Most product design fails at the structure layer, not the visual one. We map how people actually move through your product first, then design the screens that support those paths, then package it as a component system your developers can build against without guessing.

Short answer

UI/UX design at Creative Croods covers user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, an interactive prototype, and a documented Figma component library. Pricing starts at $3,800 and typical delivery is three to five weeks.

The work always starts with structure — how someone moves through the product — before any visual design happens. That order is what prevents beautiful screens that nobody can use.

What’s included

  • User flows mapping every path through the product, including the failure states most teams forget
  • Wireframes resolving layout and hierarchy before colour and type enter the conversation
  • High-fidelity screens for every state: empty, loading, error, success, and populated
  • Interactive prototype in Figma you can click through and put in front of real users
  • Design system with named components, variants, tokens and usage rules
  • Developer handoff with spacing, states and behaviour documented in the file

Who this is for

  • SaaS products where users churn during onboarding or never find the core feature
  • Mobile apps that need a design system before the screen count gets out of control
  • Internal tools where staff work around the interface instead of through it
  • Founders who have a working prototype and now need it to look and feel deliberate
  • Teams whose developers keep asking “what should this do when it’s empty?”

UI/UX Design questions, answered

UI/UX design at Creative Croods starts at $3,800 for a focused scope of roughly 8–12 core screens including a design system. Larger products are quoted as a fixed price after the discovery call. There is no hourly billing and the price does not change unless the scope does.

UX design determines structure: what steps exist, in what order, and what happens when something goes wrong. UI design determines surface: type, colour, spacing, components, and states. They are separate disciplines but they fail together — a beautiful interface over a broken flow still loses users. We deliver both in one engagement because splitting them is where most projects lose fidelity.

We do lightweight, practical research: competitor and pattern analysis, review of your existing analytics and support tickets, and usability testing of the prototype with five to eight users if you want it as an add-on. We don't run large-scale ethnographic studies — if you need that depth, we'll say so and recommend a specialist.

Yes, and that's a design requirement, not an afterthought. Components are named, variants are exhaustive, spacing uses a consistent scale, and interactive behaviour is documented in the file. If your team hits an ambiguity, ask us — clarifying handoff questions is included for 30 days after delivery at no charge.

We build marketing sites and landing pages in React and Next.js. For full application frontends we design and hand off to your engineering team, and we're happy to sit in on their planning to make sure nothing gets lost. If you need application development as well, tell us on the call and we'll be honest about fit.
